The location is central in Karachi and most everything that matters is nearby. The staff is wonderful and takes care of you at every step. The food is excellent (except the tea and coffee; they were warm).

All was good. they do need to change their towels. The hotels that i have stayed in have towels that are constantly changed. The towel at this hotel were well used and the towel placed on the Sink was frayed. Apart for this the service and staff were very good

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, had to change rooms due to a loud neighbor. Switching was assisted by Tanya, she was very helpful. Good food and excellent Tea. Executive lounge was also a great option. Car drop service was excellent and worth the value.
